Tasting Notes: 100% Sangiovese moves this great example into the decidedly dry category. One of the early proponents for Stelvin — sure makes it easy for those weekend spring picnics. All stainless-steel fermentation. Clean, crisp, with great acidity. Balanced fruit aromas finish with a hint of minerality.
