Very viscous, with structured layers of flavor and lower alcohol. Sourcing from defined sites along the Mosel, Saar and Ruwer river. 100% stainless steel fermentation, with resting on the lees before fining and filtering. Perfect for pork and seafood dishes, or as an afternoon aperitif.
