Tasting Notes: Classic old-style Napa cab…100% varietal, sourced from the Tenma vineyard at the north end of the valley. Hand-harvested/sorted, with a 19-month aging program. Very balanced, great black cherry fruit, smooth lingering finish. Beautiful pairing of art and science!
