Tasting Notes: Some Torrontes can be syrupy and almost sweet. Not this jewel. Made from organic fruit at high elevation in Mendoza, it strikes a perfect balance of mineral, honeysuckle, citrus and stone fruit. Perfect for Asian dishes.
Tasting Notes: A flavor-packed explosive wine that jumps out of the glass with richness and a taught powerful texture. The French oak gives great structure to the main show of overwhelming raspberry and dark cherry notes. The finish just keeps going.
Tasting Notes: This is a malbec making a statement. The statement is: You have to check me out! Intense in color, on the nose, and on the palate. A dense violet/ruby in the glass, the nose and palate are dominated by black fruit, mostly berry. The palate follows suite, with a hint of minerality to accent and balance this superb wine from Alto Valle del Rio Negro.
Tasting Notes: An absolutely stunning old-vine Maipú malbec from one of Argentina's top producers. Amazingly young looking in the glass, the nose and palate possess plenty of rich dark fruit, with hints of spice. Exceptionally mouth-filling, and satisfying to the last sip. Outstanding!
Tasting Notes: From the Zuccardi family, this wine demonstrates the reason that they are held in such high esteem. The firm tannins act as a balance with the lovely dark fruit. The finish is long and satisfying.
Tasting Notes: Intense wine with bold dark cherry and raspberry notes. The nose and the palate are similar and the fruit-forward notes blend nicely. This is a spice-laden full-bodied wine with rustic tannins.
