Fruit was harvested at night, maintaining great acidity and aromatics, then cold fermented in stainless steel. The end result is a delightful wine in the drier style, with great minerality, and a hint of spice. Perfect for that spring picnic with cold chicken and fresh fruit. Wonderful alternative to chardonnay, or the first-time white wine drinker
