Tasting Notes: Twin sister to the AVV cab but done in a certified organic style. Sourced from a single-vineyard program started in 2008, this current release shows remarkable depth and complexity. IMHO, a slightly more interesting version of the regular AVV cab. Rich texture and mouthfeel, earthy dark fruit notes, balanced acidity and a silky elegant finish.
