Tasting Notes: From one of Greece's top winemaker, this rosé of 100% Agiorgitiko is a lovely intense pink in color, due to the 14 to 18 hours of maceration (hence the name 14-18h), before fermentation commences. Dry and bright, it pairs beautifully with spicy and savory foods.
