Tasting Notes: Two years of aging in the bottle during its methode traditionelle winemaking produces a fine and persistent bead. Aromas of graham cracker, almonds and minerals lead to flavors of citrus, honey and toast. A delightful bubbly made from 100% chenin blanc.
