Tasting Notes: The Pey family continues their mission to deliver classic Sonoma wines. Sourcing from the Dry Creek Valley and the Russian River Valley AVA’s. 100% barrel fermented, but only 30% malolactic. Aged 11 months in French oak. Soft acidity, a hint on minerality and classic pear, apple and peach notes. Very balanced and a great food wine.
