Bryn Mawr

Tasting Notes: An interesting take on sparkling rosé, it utilizes grapes not very commonly found in sparklers, like marechal foch and tempranillo, with the backbone being pinot noir. Quite dark pink in the glass. The nose is rather muted. The bubbles are fairly fine and persistent. On the palate, it shows fresh and zippy acidity, well balanced, with early Bing cherries, green apple and a touch of Meyer lemon. Overall, well balanced.
