Tasting Notes: Richard Maby is a meticulous winemaker, picking all his fruit by hand. Dark ruby, this is a complex, bright rosé full of red current, raspberry, cherry and strawberry. Complex, with a perfect acid balance, suited for light meat and pork dishes.
